Shipping Information
21 Years of Age - By placing an order with Young's, you represent to Young's that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom the delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. Alcoholic beverages can only be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years old and, whether you ship via UPS or use our free shipping, the person receiving the package must show proper proof of age and must sign for the package.
Where We Ship - We sell our products to customers who live within New York State only. If you are buying a gift for someone who lives out of state, please check the following list of states that we can ship to, or, contact us at (516) 627-1234 or service@youngswines.com.
- UPS - AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, WA, WV, WI, WY.
- Concord Delivery Service - All Long Island and Manhattan addresses not covered by free local delivery.
Shipping Options
- Free Local Delivery! - Check the zip code chart and make sure your purchase total is a minimum of $50 before tax. Free shipping takes place Tuesday through Saturday from noon until seven pm. We cannot leave a package at your door - someone 21 years of age or older must be present to accept local delivery packages. If you need special delivery outside of the scheduled free delivery times, please contact us and we'll arrange it with you for a nominal delivery fee.
- Common Carriers - UPS shipments usually ship within 24 hours of placing your order. For backordered items, we will contact you to instruct us to either hold the order until complete or split shipment of the order. When we know about extreme hot or cold temperature conditions at your ship to address or along the likely route taken there, we will hold your order! However, it is your responsibility to monitor temperatures and either order when it is safe to ship or give us special instructions on when to ship or who to contact for shipment timing! UPS ships

- Hold for Pickup - We are happy to hold your paid order at the store for you to pick up. Our store hours are:
Mon - Thurs, 9am to 8pm
Fri - Sat, 9am to 9pm
Sun - 12 noon to 6pm
National Holidays - 9am to 3pm
Closed Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday
Discount Information
Per Case - On a case (twelve bottle) purchase or more, you receive a case discount of 10% off of the non-sale wines. You don't have to buy twelve of the same product, you can mix and match wines to reach the case level.
Per Order -The case discount is applied on a per order basis. You can't combine orders placed at different times and receive the case discount.
Discounts and Sales -Sale items are included in your twelve bottle case count, but do not receive the 10% discount. If you buy six bottles of wine that are on sale and six bottles that are not on sale, you reach the twelve bottle case and will get 10% off of the non-sale wines.

30 Day Notice - If you have a problem with your purchase, you must contact us within thirty days of receipt.
Bottle Returns - If you think the wine you received is bad, just re-cork the wine with the remaining contents in the bottle and contact us. We can't accept a return of an empty bottle.
Shipments Returned to Young's - If your purchase is returned to Young's by the common carrier for any reason, you will be billed for shipping the return at the full shipping charge without coupons or promotions applied. We will then contact you to determine if you want the order shipped again or refunded, but, in no case will any shipping charges be refunded. If you choose to ship the product again, you will be charged for the shipment at the full shipping charge without coupons or promotions applied.
